Tasha McCullar - Turning Tragedy into Charity

Tasha McCullar is the epitome of a Community Pillar. She serves as President on two Boards and as a Director on two others while running her own nonprofit. Tasha created the Josten J Day Reckless Driving Foundation in 2018 after losing her son in a tragic accident. Her passion to make the roads a safer place is incredible, as is her dedication to youth in her communities. Today we talk about how the Foundation came to be, what reckless driving really is and the upcoming 5k/10k fundraising event.

She is soon-to-be President of Junior Auxiliary of Biloxi-Ocean Springs, President of Coleman Alexander Prosser Foundation, sits on the Board for Boys and Girls Club of the MS Gulf Coast and CASA of Southeast MS. In today's episode, we talk about her own nonprofit, Josten J Day Foundation for Reckless Driving. Tasha began this organization when she lost her only son to reckless driving in 2018. Hear how she turned her tragedy into charity.
